French Terry (often referred to as summer Sweat) is the lighter version of sweatshirt fabric. It has a smooth outside and small loops on the inside. This makes it more breathable and less warm than classic sweat, while still being perfect for hoodies, sweatshirts, dresses or transitional jackets.
French Terry is easy to sew with: it does not fray, is stable in shape and easy to cut. With a little stretch added, your garment will keep its shape and be comfortable for a long time.
